Returns & Shipping
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not happy, we can issue a refund via store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please send an email to thetrendsetterboutique@outlook.com about what items you would like to return and instructions will be sent on how to proceed.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of the purchased date. The customer will be responsible for the returned shipping cost. There should be no stains, make up or wear, if determined of any of these descriptions we will not be able to process the return.
Once your item is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your store credit will then be emailed to you.
We ship out orders as quickly as they are purchased. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Our shipping flat rate is $6.95 for domestic shipping. No International shipping is provided at this time.
